Privacy information
Farm Country Meats & Market is a hometown store in Union. This page describes what the website collects today. It is not legal advice and it does not claim we meet every privacy law on our own.
What we collect
- Pages you choose to visit, if you allow analytics cookies.
- Employment applications and group-order requests you send us, so we can reply.
- Email addresses you type into the store-notes signup, after you confirm a message we send. Cookie settings never create that subscription.
- Staff login details for Command Center. Those stay on staff tools, not the public tag.
What we do not do
- We do not sell shopper lists.
- Cookie settings never sign you up for email.
- Analytics does not receive your email, name, application number, or form answers.
- We do not use session replay or fingerprinting on this site.
Store email
Email signup is separate from cookies. Refusing analytics does not block the form. Topics start unchecked. We store a pending request, send a confirmation, and only activate the topics you confirm. Your email profile is where you add the first and last name we keep for that subscription. Notes use the first name only. Marketing notes also record when a message is opened and when a link in that note is clicked. That record stays with the subscription and is not sent to Google Analytics. A mail app that loads images can count as an open. We do not copy customers, applicants, or purchased lists onto this list.
How long we keep things
Employment and group-order records stay as long as staff need them to do the work. Google Analytics reports, when you allow them, follow Google's property settings. Cookie choice records on this device last 180 days or until you change them.
