You pay at pickup. Choose a whole turkey from 10 to 20 lb. Exact pounds are not guaranteed. We will get as close to that size as we can, and you pay for the actual weight. Each turkey breast is about 6 to 8 lb and feeds about 7 to 10 people. Smoked pulled turkey is warm and serve, from 1 to 20 lb. Figure about 2 to 3 people per pound. Nothing is charged online.
